The rules for using this system responsibly.
Who this is for
Access is restricted to approved Wessex Region personnel and authorised contractors
who have been issued an individual account. It exists to support access-point risk
assessment and driver passport management for possession and worksite access — please use
it only for that purpose.
Your account
- Your login is personal — don't share your password or let someone else use your session.
- If you think your account has been compromised, tell an admin or
support@nrapps.co.uk straight away and change
your password.
- Only request the level of access (role) you actually need to do your job.
Entering data
- Keep assessments accurate — the RAG rating drivers and site staff see is only as good
as the information entered.
- Only attach photos and documents relevant to the access point or assessment. Don't
upload anything unrelated, sensitive, or inappropriate.
- Don't enter real personal data about third parties (e.g. members of the public) beyond
what's genuinely needed for the assessment.
The public fact sheet and feedback form
The QR-code fact sheet is meant to be shared with drivers and site visitors for the access
point it belongs to — that's its intended use. Its feedback form is for genuine comments or
corrections about that access point; please don't submit abusive content, spam, or unrelated
material through it.
What's not allowed
- Attempting to bypass login, role restrictions, or other access controls.
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automating access to the system beyond normal use.
- Probing the system for security weaknesses outside the
Security Contact process.
- Using the system for anything unrelated to Wessex Region access-point work.
If this isn't followed
Misuse may result in your account being suspended or removed. If you're ever unsure
whether something is acceptable, ask first at
support@nrapps.co.uk.
